Atlantic Pacific Automation Group (Alliance partnership between CT Oceania, Parker Hannifin and Pilz Safe Automation) will be holding a Free Safety Session 5th August. The session is aimed to provide valuable information concerning current safety standards for plant & machinery, plus the opportunity to introduce APAG alliance partnership providing total integrated safety automation and process control solutions for industry.
Our guest speaker Frank Schrever (member of the Australian Standards Committee “Safety of Machinery” SF104) will present the updated safety standards, discuss risk assessment and basic principles of AS 4024 and AS 62061. The presentation will also cover how to manage and implement safety as a part of control system design and validation, methods to eliminate potential hazards and reduce risk to personnel.
During the Seminar, APAG will have an active working display showcasing the latest Automation Products using CT Oceania CTI 2500 Processors, Parker Hannifin web-based touch screens & SSD Drives, integrated with the Pilz PSS 3000, PNOZmulti and PSSuniversal Safety PLC Systems. Pilz will also present information on the latest PSS 4000, designed to simplify your automation and enhance plant productivity. Details of the session are listed below:
